We had an amazing time at this luxurious island resort. The location was absolutely perfect, with the main beach right next to us. We loved being surrounded by beautiful nature and having the beach just a few steps away. The staff here were top-notch, from the local village workers to the restaurant staff to the management. They were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time. The service was exceptional, with room service, bicycle hire, and housekeeping taking care of all our needs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch, from the air conditioning to the flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the delicious dining options at the restaurant, with special diet menus available. this place exceeded our expectations and provided us with a truly luxurious and comfortable stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nice surroundings and friendly staff that greeted us when we arrived. The location was great and it was easy to find plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room had a fantastic view of the water.
The hotel was really noisy and we barely slept because of the constant banging and shouting outside our room. The breakfast didn't offer many options and the coffee was terrible. Also, the hotel lacked proper air conditioning which made the room really stuffy and uncomfortable to sleep in.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. We loved that it was located on a beautiful island, just a short boat ride away from the main city. The staff were wonderful, very welcoming, and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel facilities were also great, with clear bottomed kayaks, snorkeling gear, and sun lounges available for guests to use. We especially enjoyed the location of our bungalow which was right on the beach - it was so lovely to be able to walk out of our room and straight onto the sand. The breakfast served was delicious with a range of options available.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Enjoyed my Christmas vacation at a beautiful island resort with breathtaking views of the ocean. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. The Melanesian feast was a great experience, with delicious food, and the fire show was impressive. The location was perfect, with easy access to the mainland and the beach. The snorkeling and kayaking activities provided were also great, and the rooms were well-maintained.
The service at times was slow, especially during meal times. It took a while for the food to arrive, and there were not many healthy options for kids.

During our cruise, we visited several islands but this small private island stood out. It was easily accessible and close to the city. The beach was excellent for relaxing and swimming with clear bottom kayaks available, and we spotted starfish and sea snakes. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were many sun lounges and umbrellas provided for guests.
There was a lack of quality tea on offer, with only tea bags available from the breakfast service and not much variety offered.
